Coronavirus Update!!! (COVID-19)
The CDC says that the Coronavirus is spread mainly from person-to-person in these ways:
- Respiratory droplets produced when an infected individual sneezes or coughs.
- Close contact (within about 6 feet) with infected individuals or infected areas like railings, doorknobs, and more.
They’ve said that the virus can live on surfaces for hours or even days depending on environmental conditions. More importantly, they’ve said infected individuals can spread the virus before they show any symptoms.
Low Risk To The Healthy
It’s important to note that unless you’re diabetic, immunodeficient, or already have respiratory issues your risk of getting gravely sick is very low. On the other hand, you can still spread the Coronavirus, so it’s recommended to avoid contact with others as much as possible.
Better Safe Than Sorry
If you’re an at-risk individual or you’re caring for someone who is, you can never be too cautious. The CDC recommends frequent hand washing and wearing masks for all parties involved to avoid further transmission of the virus. Here are some of the best essentials to stay disinfected and protected no matter where you are:
