Amazfit strikes again with the PowerBuds True Wireless Earbuds!… Their smartwatches have been winning multiple awards over the last few years. Also, with their premium and ever-improving fitness tracking platform, Zepp, they’ve quickly made a name for themselves in the wearable industry.

Whether you’re an iPhone or Android user, their wearables rival the best from any category of smartwatch or fitness tracker. Now they can say the same with their PowerBuds compared to every other pair of true wireless earbuds.

They’re not just one of the best true wireless earbuds under $100. They’re also the best all-purpose true wireless earbuds. Here’s why…

Introducing The Best All-Purpose Earbuds!

At CES 2020, along with their new smartwatches, treadmill, and full fitness studio, they unveiled 2 models of true wireless earbuds. They were the Amazfit ZenBuds and PowerBuds. While the sleep-assisting ZenBuds are a new and pretty cool concept, the PowerBuds are the real deal when it comes to music!

They check all of the essential boxes for sound quality, battery life, and more, but there’s one feature that helps elevate them to the top of our list. That feature is the detachable ear hooks that are conveniently stored inside the lid of the charging case. It’s such a simple innovation but it makes such a huge difference in fit and security when they’re used for workouts.

On top of that, having the option to take them off and have a designed place to put them when casually listening, is the icing on the cake. It’s funny that it took a “small” company only one try to master true wireless earbuds. Meanwhile, you still have big names pushing out inferior true wireless earbuds at a higher price.

Another notable feature that’s often overlooked, is the ability to customize the on-ear controls. This allows you to make workouts run smoother by assigning the most common controls you use. It also comes in handy when you’re a heavy sweater like me. Just use the simple tap commands on the PowerBuds instead of dealing with wet fingers on your phone screen.

Here’s some of the good and bad things we found out about the Amazfit Powerbuds:

Conclusion:

Honestly, the PowerBuds became my daily driver for wireless earbuds before we even finished testing them out. Besides all of the beefed-up essential features, a more obscure feature is what eventually justified the switch.

With the charging case always connected through the Zepp app for HR monitoring, they pair up faster than almost any other set of true wireless earbuds we’ve tested. Plus, with the Zepp app you can monitor the battery level in the charging case as well and all of your data can be synced to your main fitness app like Apple Health, Google Fit, and more.

To put it simply, you’re getting a ridiculous amount of luxury features on the PowerBuds, and they’re less than $100. If you’re looking for an AirPods-alternative with better battery life and more durability, then you’ve reached your destination.

Best Amazfit Wearables

When you pair the PowerBuds with an Amazfit wearable you’ll get access to the Zepp app, which is turning into one of the best fitness tracking platforms in the industry. Yet, if you want to stick to your Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, or other app, the Zepp app will sync your data to one convenient spot.

Either way, Amazfit offers one of the widest ranges of wearable styles from fitness trackers to smartwatches with LTE integration. Here are their most popular options:
