Best Compact Fit & Comfort
Jabra Elite 85t
Color Options: Copper Black, Gold Beige, and Titanium Black
The Jabra Elite series has been some of our overall favorite true wireless earbuds of over the last few years. With the release of the Elite 85t’s, they didn’t disappoint. They made one HUGE improvement, while not fixing what isn’t broken.
By far the biggest upgrade was the driver (speaker) size. They doubled it from 6 mm in the 75t, to 12 mm in the Elite 85t. They had great sound before, but now they also produce the mids and lows with impressive power and clarity.
For the extra comfortable fit, Jabra used a special measurement algorithm to redesign them to fit comfortably in almost any ear. This gives them a secure fit without the added bulk and pressure of additional ear wings.
As a bonus, the Jabra Sound+ App is one of the most comprehensive apps in the industry. Available on iPhone and Android, you can customize almost any part of your listening experience. There’s a fully customizable equalizer with the option to program 3 presets for different environments and situations. It even lets you select your preferred voice assistant like Siri, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and more.
Key Features:
- Battery Life – 7.5 hrs (28 hrs total with charging case)
- Dust/Water Resistance – IP55
- Fast Charging – 15 min gives you 1 hr of listening
- Charge Type – USB-C
- Driver Size – 12mm
- Bluetooth Version – 5.0
- Noise Cancellation – Yes (Jabra Advanced ANC™)
- Accessory Kit – 3 sets of ear tips

They also have the best durability in the series. With the IPX7 waterproof rating, workouts and other wet conditions are no match for the Galaxy Buds Pro.
Even though they aren’t compatible with the iOS version of the Samsung Wearables app, they’re still the smartest earbuds in the Galaxy Buds series.
On Samsung phones, you get luxury features like:

Best for Apple Users
AirPods Pro
Color Options: White
Just like most Apple devices, what the AirPods Pro lack in hardware specs they make up in software features. Built around the Apple H2 chip, you get seamless pairing and compatibility with any device running Apple iOS. They also have adaptive EQ to take the guesswork out of tuning for different situations.
Apple’s one-size-fits-most approach to earbuds is improved with the addition of 3 sets of ear tips. They still haven’t mastered it yet, but there’s a healthy amount of 3rd-party ear wings and hooks to improve their fit. The drawback is that they don’t fit in the charging case with any of these additions.
Also, in true Apple fashion, the on-board 4.5 hours of battery life is below average. On the other hand, the charging case is packed with extra juice for a total of 24 hours of battery. Unless you’re looking for a set to workout with, these are the best true wireless earbuds for Apple-enthusiasts.

One of the only things we didn’t like about researching these is that they only have a IPX4 rating. It’s better than the previous versions, but it’s still a little risky for workout usage.
On the other hand, they feature adaptive ambient sound control based on your activity. Also, their 24-bit audio signal processing makes these luxurious earbuds an easy choice for audiophiles.

Plus, the unique design of their ear wings is very forgiving and comfortable for longer workouts.
The IP69 dust and water resistance makes them just as “Earth Proof” as the Jaybird Vistas and JBL matches their battery life giving you 8 hours of listening time (24 hours total with the charging case).
