Conclusion
From the man who brought you Kim Kardashian and the song “One Wish,” ex-R&B singer, Ray J, has also co-founded Raycon. One of their missions is to produce premium wireless earbuds and headphones at a budget-friendly price.
Based on our complete review of the Soundcore Life P3 vs Raycon E25, the Raycons fall short in most of the main categories. Here’s some of what we found:

Sound Quality
Even the top Raycon Earbuds can’t touch the audio quality of the Soundcore Life P3’s, so the Raycon E25’s never had a chance. Fitted with 11mm drivers, the Life P3’s bump with power and accuracy. Plus, you get a custom 8-band EQ, with 20+ presets, in the Soundcore app for further tuning.
Raycon doesn’t even disclose the driver size on E25’s, along with many other primary specs, so that’s a big red flag. When it comes to the ear test, the Raycon E25’s only have average audio quality.
Can You Hear Me Now!?
Not only does the Soundcore Life P3’s have an Active Noise Cancellation feature, but they also have Soundcore’s signature Transparent Mode. It has multiple ambient levels, so you can choose between Indoor, Outdoor, and Transport. Perfect for runners, bikers, and commuters.
With 6 built-in microphones, the Life P3’s also have excellent uplink noise reduction. Nothing but crystal clear calls and static-free Facetime sessions.
On the other hand the Raycon E25’s have no noise cancelling or transparency mode. Plus, their CVC noise reduction and 2 microphone setup produce only average call quality, at best.
Design And Style
Unlike many other Soundcore (Anker) products, the Life P3’s are available in some cool and unique colors. You can make them pop with the Sky Blue or Coral Red. Otherwise, you can go with the more subtle and elegant Black, Navy Blue, or Oat White.
The Raycon E85’s keep up a little in this category, because of their color options. Unfortunately, they lose more points on the basic look and poor build quality.
Luxury Features
Probably the only thing that the Raycon E25 comes out on top with is the advanced onboard controls. It’s rare to have volume controls on true wireless earbuds, especially on budget-friendly ones. The Raycon E25’s also have a wireless charging case, but that’s where the icing on the cake ends.
The Soundcore Life P3’s are covered with icing, in the form of luxury features. You get the best-in-class Soundcore app, for customizing your complete listening experience. Plus, you get a wireless charging enabled case, dedicated gaming mode, and responsive onboard touch controls.
My personal favorite feature is “Find My Headset.” Simply use the Soundcore app to select the lost earbud, and it will emit a loud noise to help you find it. Anyone who’s lost one in the couch or the grass knows how essential that feature really is.
Bottom Line
Based on what we found in our testing and review, the Soundcore Life P30’s are the better value, by a long shot. With their full set of premium features, we’d also recommend them as one of the best AirPod Pro alternatives.
If you can find the Raycon E25’s for less than $30, then I MIGHT recommend them. Otherwise, don’t believe the hype. Soundcore is still the king of budget true wireless earbuds, and the Life P3’s are the best under $100.
